ASHA has revised its plans for BHSM to reflect the impact of the COVID-19 virus. All consumer/public resources will now be topical to the coronavirus and will feature guidance for preventing or managing communication disorders at this challenging time. We will post regular updates and new resources on COVID-19 until the end of May, so check here and ASHA’s social media accounts frequently. Watch this video update for more information.
Speaking Up for Communication, ASHA’s popular social media campaign/contest, will run the entire month of May again this year. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to educate a large segment of the public about communication disorders and the invaluable work of ASHA members. Participants receive shareable information (infographics, videos, and other graphics) for posting on social media accounts, websites, blogs, and so forth. Four participants (drawn at random) will receive Amazon gift cards.
