Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR) — Student Center Activities	Pre-K to 5	Implement these activities as student centers or use them during small-group or whole-class instruction. Skills addressed include phonological awareness, phonics, spelling, advanced phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Institute of Education Sciences (IES) — Practice Guides	Pre-K to 12	Practice guides present recommendations across content areas based on research reviews, practitioners’ experiences, and the opinions of a panel of nationally recognized experts.
Language Dynamics Group	Pre-K to 8	In addition to other intervention and assessment resources (e.g., Story Champs), Language Dynamics groups offer open-source progress monitoring tools. One such tool is the Comprehensive Understanding of Basic Elements of Decoding–Third Edition (CUBED-3), a screening tool used to monitor students’ progress and their responses to interventions.

School-Age Language Assessment Measures (SLAM) \| LEADERSproject	Pre-K - 12	Analyzing language samples offers an authentic way to (a) understand students’ language use and (b) track their progress over time—without the decontextualization that often comes with standardized measures. SLAM cards, which make up one aspect of an open-source resource from the LEADERS Project at Columbia University, are language-sample elicitation cards that include guidelines for analysis. These guidelines help SLPs interpret a language sample within the context of typical language development while also accounting for the child’s individual background, including linguistic and cultural factors.
Strategic Education Research Partnership Institute (SERP)	Elementary - middle school	The Strategic Education Research Partnership (SERP) download center contains various language and literacy curricular supplements and intervention programs.

Examples include teacher questionnaires, enrollment permission forms, homework contracts, and data tracking forms.
WORD CONNECTIONS \| Jessica Toste PhD	Grade 3 and higher	This supplemental reading program includes 40 lessons divided into four units of instruction. Word Connections was developed for students in third grade and above who continue to experience challenges with word reading even though they have developed foundational decoding skills.
