Members can share specific information about their interactions with National Office staff by contacting our Ombudsman.

If you've encountered a staff member who was exceptional in his or her manner, or if you experience difficulty receiving a timely response (within 48 hours) to a telephone call or e-mail, please contact the Ombudsman.
