Help Updating Your Contact Information

Phone Numbers

Use this list to add, edit or delete phone numbers we have on file.

Your primary phone number is the one ASHA will use first in any attempt to contact you regarding membership, certification or other account service related issues. You may add alternate numbers, but we ask that you keep one primary number on file with us for these purposes.

If you notice out of date phone numbers on your list which can no longer be used to contact you, you are encouraged to delete them.

Email

Use this list to add, edit or delete email addresses we have on file.

Your primary email address is the one ASHA will use first in any attempt to contact you electronically regarding membership, certification or other account service related issues.

If you volunteer on boards or committees or have a professional relationship that requires targeted communications, you may see other email addresses which we retain for these purposes.

If you notice out of date email addresses on your list which can no longer be used to contact you, you are encouraged to delete them.

Website

Particularly if you are listed in ASHA ProFind or are an active participant in ASHA’s online community, you may find it useful to add a website to your contact information so it can be listed as part of your profile.

Mailing Addresses

Use this list to add, edit, or delete mailing addresses we have on file.

Your primary mailing address is the one ASHA will use to send you benefit publications such as The ASHA Leader, materials related to events including the annual convention, marketing or promotional materials, anything related to relevant local or regional issues and any personal communications.

If you have an active ASHA membership, your membership address will be used to mail your ASHA ID card as well as your annual dues invoice and related reminders.

If you notice duplicate addresses or ones which are out of date and can no longer be used to contact you, you are encouraged to delete them.

If one or more of your addresses are marked as being on hold, then we have been alerted by the United States Postal Service that this address is undeliverable for you. If you believe this is an error, you may edit the address and remove the hold status. You are also encouraged to contact the USPS or your local post office to investigate and resolve the issue which caused the hold.
