Travel from San Diego International Airport (SAN) to the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley Stadium (about 13 miles) takes about 12–15 minutes by taxi or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or about 1.5 hours by public transit (including transfers). You may pre-book a private shuttle or town car service for direct transportation.
Travel between the Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Mission Valley Stadium and Rady Children’s Hospital (about 4 miles) is approximately 10–15 minutes, but plan ahead and allow additional travel time during peak hours. Parking at Rady Children’s Hospital is extremely limited, so using a taxis or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is recommended.
ASHA strives to provide access—to the fullest extent possible—to activities based on an awareness of participants’ needs. If you require assistance due to a disability, indicate the area(s) in which you will need assistance in step 1 of the registration process. After you complete the registration process, an ASHA staff member will contact you to gather more details about the accommodation(s) you are requesting.
We ask that requests for reasonable accommodations at our live events be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event, so we may best meet individual needs and requirements. We may be unable to fully respond to requests received after March 18, 2026. If you register after this date, please send an email to accessevents@asha.org with details about the requested accommodation. On-site requests will be addressed to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited. Read more about accessibility at ASHA's in-person events.
All food items will include labels, provided by the caterer, identifying common allergens and dietary considerations (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan). If you have specific dietary needs, please indicate them in step 1 of the registration process.
