Requests for Reasonable Accommodations

ASHA strives to provide access—to the fullest extent possible—to activities based on an awareness of participants’ needs. If you require assistance due to a disability, indicate the area(s) in which you will need assistance on the registration details form, which ASHA staff will email to you after you register.

We ask that requests for reasonable accommodations at our live events be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event, so we may best meet individual needs and requirements. We may be unable to fully respond to requests received after June 15, 2026. If you register after this date, please send an email to accessevents@asha.org with details about the requested accommodation. On-site requests will be addressed to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited. Read more about accessibility at ASHA's in-person events.

Food and Beverage

All food items will include labels, provided by the caterer, identifying common allergens and dietary considerations (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan). If you have specific dietary needs, please indicate them on the registration details form, which ASHA staff will email to you after you register.
