To celebrate ASHA’s centennial—and emphasize the power of ongoing professional learning—ASHA Learning Pass subscribers who learn with ASHA from February through November 2025 can be eligible for a drawing for one of 100 free ASHA Learning Pass renewals.
Simply complete one or more ASHA Learning Pass courses during one of the eligible months and you will be automatically entered in that month’s drawing. For full details, see the official rules below.

Official Rules
The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (“ASHA”), 2200 Research Blvd, Rockville, MD 20850, is the sole sponsor of this drawing.
Eligibility
Current ASHA Learning Pass subscribers who (a) complete at least one course in the ASHA Learning Pass during a given calendar month and (b) have an active subscription at the end of that month will be automatically entered into the drawing for that month’s free renewals.
Completing a course is defined as consuming all course content and submitting the learning assessment. Every eligible subscriber who completes at least one course in a given month will receive one entry into the drawing regardless of how many courses the individual completes that month; completing multiple courses in the same month does not result in additional entries.
You do not need to be an ASHA member or a participant in the CE Registry to win. You do not need to opt into sharing your data with the CE Registry to win. An individual can win only one free renewal during the entire 10 months of drawings.
Drawing open to only current, individual ASHA Learning Pass subscribers whose subscription is active on the last day of the calendar month. Subscribers who are part of a group subscription are not eligible. Subscribers whose subscription ends prior to the end of the calendar month are not eligible.
Open only subscribers who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of ASHA, as well as the immediate families and members of the households of such persons, are ineligible.
Winners and Prize
ASHA will award a total of 100 one-year ASHA Learning Pass renewals, valued at $144 (ASHA member price)/$179 (nonmember price). ASHA will draw 10 free renewals per month for 10 months (February through November 2025).
Drawings will take place on or by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the following dates (the 10th of each month or the first business day after the 10th of the month) using a random number generator:

ASHA will add the renewal to the winners’ accounts and notify the winners within 2 weeks of the drawing. Free renewals will apply to the next renewal on an existing subscription account and cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Chance of winning is estimated to be approximately 1/200.
Winners understand and agree that ASHA and its agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees do not have any liability with respect to any damages resulting from acceptance and use of a renewal. The winners will be responsible for any taxes associated with renewals awarded. Some restrictions may apply; void where prohibited by law.
