Complaint Form—Violation of Standards, Policies or Requirements for ASHA CE Providers

To submit a complaint regarding an alleged violation of (a) the Standards and Policies for ASHA Continuing Education Providers or (b) the Requirements for ASHA CE Provider Approval [PDF] by an ASHA Approved CE Provider, please complete the required sections on the complaint form.

Validity of Standards, Policies, and Requirements

  • ASHA CE’s New Standards and Policies: Applicable to courses registered on or after July 1, 2025.
  • ASHA CE’s Requirements: Applicable to courses registered before July 1, 2025. These Requirements will remain valid through June 30, 2025.
  • Note: Some courses are registered for up to 5 years. In these cases, the Requirements will remain valid for the duration of the course.
