Group Learning: Information for Group Leaders

ASHA Learning Pass Group Pricing

When you purchase group access to the ASHA Learning Pass, each member of your group will have unlimited access to the practical, evidence-based courses they and you have always trusted—all for a discounted group rate. The person who makes the transaction in the ASHA Store (or via phone, mail, or fax) will receive an email with an auto-enroll link. Copy and send the link to each person in your group; they will use the link to unlock access to their subscription. Multiple Copies of Individual Courses

You can purchase multiple copies of individual courses in the ASHA Store to learn with colleagues. The ASHA Learning Center automatically assigns a person who purchases a course in quantities of two or more as a group leader. The group leader receives an email with an auto-enroll link. Copy and send the link to each person in your group; they will use the link to unlock access to the course. The number of individuals the system will allow to use the auto-enroll link matches the number of items purchased. If the group leader is going to be one of the people who takes the course, you will also need to click on the auto-enroll link to unlock the course. If the group leader has made the purchase but does not intend to take the course, do not click on the auto-enroll link; simply copy it and send it to the people who will be taking the course. 

About the Auto-Enroll Link

The auto-enroll link is quite long; be sure to copy the whole link when you send it to participants. It may help to right-click on the URL and copy the link location, then paste it into an email. 

Lost the email with the auto-enroll link? The group leader can log into the ASHA Learning Center to retrieve it:

1. Log into your ASHA Learning Center account.
2. Go to the "Admin" tab.
3. Find the course title (or ASHA Learning Pass if you've purchased multiple subscriptions) and select "Edit." 
4. Copy the auto-enroll link, and email it to all group members.

Group Webinars

As of January 6, 2020, our system no longer allow us to sell group webinars, but if you previously purchased one, you and your group can still access it until its expiration date. Only the group leader has access to the full content of the webinar. The group leader can access this course content by logging into the ASHA Learning Center, finding the course on the "Enrolled" tab (the course number will have -GRP at the end), and selecting "Start Course." For group webinars, the auto-enroll link will give each participant, including the group leader, access to the handouts and completion form, which is used to earn ASHA CEUs/PDHs. Any number of participants can use the auto-enroll link in this case. Group members who don't have the auto-enroll link should contact your group leader (the person who purchased the course and/or is facilitating the group).
