New On-Demand PDF Transcript

ASHA Continuing Education (CE) recently added another option for ASHA CE Registry users to send their transcript—an on-demand PDF that includes their entire course history.

What is included on the PDF transcript:

1. The ASHA logo.
2. The recipient’s name [user entered].
3. An address for where the transcript will be sent [user entered].
4. The Registry user’s name.
5. An optional field for information such as birthdate, driver’s license number, and so forth.
6. The user’s entire course history, including dates and details for each course listed (course title, ASHA CEU amount, course description, instructional level, subject code, and content code)

All transcript options have the same course history details. What’s different about the PDF option is that the document does not have a watermark background and can be sent directly from the licensee.

The ASHA CE Registry now has three free options enabling Registry users to generate their ASHA CE transcript:

1. On-demand PDF transcript  Users can generate a PDF of their complete transcript to be printed, mailed, emailed, or saved.
2. Emailed transcript Users can enter an email address, and ASHA CE will send a complete transcript to the email address indicated.
3. Mailed watermarked transcript Users can request that ASHA CE mail a watermarked paper transcript to employer or licensing board. Users may request a custom timeframe for courses included on their paper transcript. It typically takes the transcript 7–10 business days to arrive at its destination.

All versions of the transcript include the same course details in different formats. The new PDF version of the transcript gives licensees another option to demonstrate completion of professional development requirements.
