Tricia Ashby-Scabis, AuD, CCC-A, CAE—Director, Audiology Practices
Tricia’s responsibilities include providing management leadership andoffering technical expertise within ASHA’s Audiology Practices. She focuses on marketing the profession of audiology to consumers, members, and other external partners.
Lisa Rai Mabry-Price, MS, CCC-SLP—Director, School Services
Lisa Rai consults with speech-language pathologists (SLPs), consumers, staff, and external stakeholders on issues related to school-based practice. She develops clinical and professionalpractice resources and serves as a consultant to the School Finance Committee. Lisa Rai’s clinical experience spans school settings, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and private practice.
Angela Morrell, MA, CCC-SLP—Director, Health Care Services
Angela’s work includes helping clinicians (a) navigate clinical and professional challenges and (b) advocate for the resources they need in their health care settings. A practicing SLP with a PRN role in acute care, Angela’s interests include dysphagia management, instrumental swallowing studies, care of patients with tracheostomies and with ventilator dependence, and neurogenic communication disorders.
Jaime Van Echo, MS, CCC-SLP—Director, Clinical Services in Speech-Language Pathology
A practicing SLP as well as an ASHA staff member, Jaime supports ASHA affiliates in her role here at ASHA. Jaime’s career spans 20+ years; she has worked in school settings, outpatient pediatrics, and private practice. Specializing in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), autism, and developmental disabilities, Jaime serves the community as a family-affiliated advocate for inclusion in a variety of public and private volunteer roles.
