Graduate School Fair/PhD Center Representative Registration

Here is your institution’s chance to connect with students and clinicians interested in furthering their communication sciences and disorders (CSD) education. The Graduate School Fair (GSF)/PhD Center is a prime opportunity for that connection!

This is a hybrid opportunity, including an in-person and virtual component to the event.

Our virtual fair will be held on October 14, 2026.
Our traditional onsite fair will be held at the 2026 ASHA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana, on November 19–20, 2026.

Institutions can choose to register for in-person, virtual, or both.

Program Opportunities

This is a premiere opportunity to market your program and reach your core, prospective-student audience. Students will be encouraged to research schools in advance to make the most of their time with program representatives.

Registration Costs

Virtual Only = $300
In-Person Only = $350
BOTH (In-Person and Virtual) = $400

The virtual package includes:

one Zoom room per registration
technical assistance

On-Site Package

The on-site package includes:

one 4′ table
three chairs

The program package does not include attendee registrations for the ASHA Convention. On-site representatives will need to register for the 2026 ASHA Convention.

All participating programs must agree to the Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions.
