Changing Continuing Education Content Consultant Form

An ASHA Approved CE Provider must designate a CE Content Consultant (CECC) when the Continuing Education Administrator (CEA) is not an ASHA-certified audiologist or speech-language pathologist, an ASHA member, or International Affiliate (IAs)*. The CECC acts as a subject matter expert who actively participates in ASHA Approved CE Provider’s course planning, implementation, and evaluation. Designated CECCs receive access to the course and offering registration and cancellation system.

*International Affiliate Pilot Note: A pilot is active through December 31, 2028, allowing IAs to serve as a CEA or CECC. Following the pilot, ASHA will either officially update the Standards and Policies to include IAs or require Providers to transition IAs in this role to eligible individuals.
