Michelle Foster Earle, ARM, CEO, Omnisure Consulting Group

Michelle Foster Earle, ARM, has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare risk management. She is the Founder, CEO and President of OmniSure Consulting Group, where she assists multiple types of organizations to manage risk, improve patient outcomes, improve performance, and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, University Park, completed her long-term care management studies at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and has several insurance related designations including associate in risk management. She received the Insurance Business America's 2021 Elite Women award and is a frequent speaker for Crittenden Medical Insurance conferences, Professional Liability Underwriting Society’s Healthcare and Medical conference, the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, and many other healthcare association and insurance conferences.

Madison Edwards

Madison Edwards, RN, MSN

Madison Edwards, RN, MSN, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing leadership and regulation. Based in Oklahoma City, Madison has a proven track record of excellence, having served as the director in both inpatient and ambulatory surgery programs and as the Director of Nursing in a Joint Commission certified facility. With a background in surgery and perioperative care, Madison has led large interdisciplinary teams in a variety of healthcare settings, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Additionally, Madison has contributed to the nursing profession as the Associate Director for Nursing Practice for a state board of nursing, demonstrating a commitment to quality and regulatory compliance. With a passion for advancing healthcare practices and improving patient outcomes, Madison has a passion for creating high-reliability processes to ensure the safest patient care.
