Apply for Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
When to Apply
The 2014 Standards for Certification in Speech-Language Pathology are in effect through December 31, 2019. An applicant for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) applies under the standards that are in effect at the time their application is received by ASHA, not the standards in effect at the time of their graduation.
Beginning January 1, 2020, new standards and implementation procedures will be in effect for all who apply for the CCC-SLP.
You may now submit your application using our new online application system.
Apply On or Before 12/31/2019
