Charlet Grant provides administrative support to ASHA's Office of Multicultural Affairs as well as the S.T.E.P. Mentoring Program. Her duties include tracking, organizing, and preparing correspondence for program participants as well as preparing and compiling reports for the program.
Melanie Johnson is responsible for career awareness and membership recruitment. Her role in student affairs is to expand the knowledge of the professions among students, counselors, and others interested in CSD careers. She also serves as a mentoring coordinator for the S.T.E.P. Andrea Moxley works to create, collect, and disseminate resources for working with diverse populations, and she supports ASHA's efforts to recruit historically underrepresented populations into CSD. Her role as coordinator for the S.T.E.P. Mentoring Program is to match mentees to mentors, disseminate information to program participants, and serve as a mentoring resource.
