As a student or recent graduate, you may be considering the career opportunities that await you. We want to invite you to join more than 130,000 members and affiliates in the only organization dedicated to communication disorders, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
ASHA influences health and education legislation and governmental regulations that affect the professional services available to those with speech, language, and hearing disorders. The Association publishes journals and other information on scientific research, technology, ethics and clinical practice issues, and sponsors a comprehensive continuing education program. ASHA also conducts extensive public information programs to promote the professions to the public. Don't overlook the opportunity to network with colleagues and to learn practical tips that will enhance your professional life.
ASHA would like to be your partner as you explore the professions and embark on your career and work to become fully credentialed in audiology and/or speech-language pathology. These pages are just a sample of the career resources available to you.
