- To introduce students to neurological and anatomical
substrates of language and cognition
- To acquaint students with etiologies and characteristics of
neurogenic language disorders
- To introduce the types of neurogenic language disorders
that can result from specific diseases that affect the central
nervous system

treatment methodologies
