Members can share specific information about their
interactions with National Office staff by contacting our
Ombudsman.
If you've encountered a staff member who was exceptional
in his or her manner, or if you experience difficulty receiving a
timely response (within 48 hours) to a telephone call or e-mail,
please contact the Ombudsman.
One of your member benefits is the availability of ASHA staff
to provide the information and technical assistance you need in a
timely manner. Your feedback will facilitate our allocation of
resources to meet the needs of our members.
