Learn Tips and Strategies for a Better Work/Life Balance

Join us! A light snack will be served as Life Coach Karen Weatherford facilitates 20- to 30- minute workshops with tips that will help you declutter or simplify your life, hone the art of self-care, gain clarity, self awareness, and more!
