These workshops are interactive—more dialogues than lectures, so you'll meet and mingle with fellow members in a casual, friendly environment while you explore these topics together. About the Facilitator

Stephanie Pearce is a Duke University trained Integrative Health Coach. She is a strong advocate for taking a holistic approach to coaching. Stephanie combines her prior experience as a marketing professional and her life experience to help guide individuals and groups to define and obtain their optimal health. Stephanie's coaching is not just about your physical well-being; it is also about you as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose. She is passionate about coaching and the results it can bring to a client's life. It's a collaboration that helps change lives.
