To receive any discounted fee, you must indicate your ASHA account number on the registration form. Please make sure that your dues are current. Failure to do so will result in your registration being processed at the general registration fee. Doctoral students who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence may initiate their ASHA membership in order to receive the discounted rate. Cancellations and Refunds

Change of plans? No problem! Your written notice of cancellation will be accepted for a full refund of registration fees if received on or before October 3, 2011. E-mail ashaprofdev@asha.org with the subject line, "Audiology 2011 Cancellation" or mail ASHA Professional Development, Attn: Audiology 2011 Cancellation, 2200 Research Blvd. #335, Rockville, Maryland, 20850-3289.

Cancellations received after October 3, 2011 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee, and no CEUs may be earned for the conference. Cancellations will not be accepted after October 24, 2011.
