The Praxis exam in Audiology is not developed for a particular degree. The degree is the means to an end to acquire the requisite knowledge and skills for independent professional practice. The exam is developed according to the basic tenet that items for a credentialing exam assess the knowledge and skills required to perform the job in the context of current practice.
