We are "Communicating with P.R.I.D.E." (Projection, Rate, Inflection, Diction, and Eye Contact) during Better Hearing and Speech Month at Roberge School in River Vale, New Jersey. We are just completing our own DVD that highlights the importance of communicating with P.R.I.D.E. The DVD features humorous segments depicting classroom teachers NOT using the P.R.I.D.E. characteristics. The DVD will be shown to all elementary classes during BHSM. Lively discussions led by our graduating 5th grade speech students will follow each presentation.

This focus on "public speaking" addresses a real concern of our classroom teachers and parents. All participants had a wonderful time creating this DVD.
