My Planner

My Planner is a helpful online tool that organizes your selected sessions in one easy-to-read printout. There will be a My Planner room on-site at the Convention, located near registration, where you can update your information. The ASHA Leader published a helpful article, "My Planner: An Innovative Tool for Navigating Convention."

To get started, create an account, even if you used My Planner last year. Once you are logged in, you will see instructions on how to search for sessions by day, topic, type, or presenter's last name.

A complete listing of abstracts [PDF, 2.2MB] is available. The audiology sessions are located at the front of the document and are organized by date, session topic, and session type. The following types of sessions are searchable in My Planner:

  • Audiology Poster
  • Exhibitor Session
  • Short Course
  • Seminar—1 Hour
  • Seminar—2 Hours
  • Technical Platform
  • Poster

To record events on your itinerary that are not one of these session types, use the Add Note feature. Examples of events that you may wish to add as notes are:

  • Pre-Convention Workshops offered by the Special Interest Divisions
  • Short Courses
  • Lunchtime Sessions
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Awards Ceremony
  • Closing Party
  • ASHFoundation JazzFest
  • Career Fair
  • Graduate School Fair
