The 2004 Schools Survey gathered information about school-based service delivery and practice trends, updating information from ASHA's 1995 and 2000 Schools Surveys. Each of the following reports includes a listing of supplemental sources of information.

Caseload Characteristics Report [PDF] This report summarizes findings regarding caseload size, supervision, effects of No Child Left Behind, and feedback on ASHA's 2002 Position Statement, "A Workload Analysis Approach for Establishing Speech-Language Caseload Standards in the Schools."
Frequency Report [PDF] This report presents, in a question by question format, data on the frequency of responses to each of the survey's 39 questions.
Salaries Report [PDF] This report presents data on annual, academic year salaries by type of employment facility and function, years of experience, geographic region, and population density. Ancillary income from salary supplements and reimbursement for continuing education is also summarized.
Survey Methodology, Respondent Demographics, and Glossary [PDF] This report presents information on survey methodology (e.g., sample design and response rate), descriptions of respondents (employment status, facility, and function, salary basis, highest degree, years of experience, etc.), and a glossary of terms used in the reports (i.e., facilities, random sample, response rate, averages, regions of the country).
