American Medical Resources Foundation

"Since its founding in 1988, AMRF has donated over 110 million dollars of medical equipment to hospitals and clinics in developing nations. Catholic Medical Mission Board

Uplift International

Uplift recruits volunteer healthcare and support personnel willing to share expertise and provide care to children of indigent families with facial deformities, primarily clefts of the lip and palate, in rural Philippines. The project, named Operation Taghoy, has support of a consortium of Philippine and US Rotary Clubs, in addition to individual and corporate donors.

This group is particularly interested in inquiries from ASHA members for consideration to participate in the program.

World Federation of the Deaf
