Who Are ASHA Division Affiliates?
Demographic snapshots of ASHA members, including Division affiliates are available online!
CE Program is electronic in 2008!
In response to affiliates' requests, Divisions offering affiliates the opportunity to earn CEUs for self-study of Perspectives (the Division member publication) instituted a new program in 2007 that offered electronic submission of CE forms for a modest processing fee of $5 per issue.
In 2008, all paper forms have been eliminated to make the CE program more environmentally friendly and provide benefits not available under a paper-based system. Affiliates can:
- Submit responses electronically
- Receive immediate feedback, including information on answers missed (provided they receive a passing score)
- Get a Certificate of Completion online
- Have the opportunity to retake the test, if they fail to get a passing score on the first try
- Have their Certificates of Completion archived for future reference/printing
- Have their information sent quickly to the CE Registry
