State Licensure

For school practice, 2 licenses are required:

  1. License issued by the Indiana Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
    and

    • Obtaining the DOE license is contingent upon either being registered as a Clinical Fellow, or holding a current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  3. Speech-Language Aide—holds at least a high school diploma

Note: Indiana DOE does not license support personal.
