ASHA has learned that the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), U.S. Department of Education (ED), plans to announce the release of the IDEA Part B final regulations at a program on August 3 at ED. ASHA has been invited to attend this briefing. The final regulations will be available on OSERS' website that day, but will not be published in the Federal Register for a couple of weeks.
