Professional Bio
Christine Freiberg, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist in the Wausau School District, Wisconsin. She was the project director of the "Linguistically-Culturally Diverse Guide: African American and Hmong" (1997) and the "Linguistically-Culturally Diverse Guide: American Indian and Spanish Speaking" (2003). She was the co-author of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's "Speech and Language Technical Assistance Guide"(2002). Ms. Freiberg is a consulting editor of Communication Disorders Quarterly. She served 6 years on the ASHA Legislative Council representing Wisconsin and is currently a member of the 2008 Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Council. As a past president of the Wisconsin Speech Pathology and Audiology Association, she understands the responsibility to view all issues of the profession of speech language pathology when making decisions on critical issues.

Professional Bio
I have been privileged to have been able to experience working in the variety of professional settings and across the continuum of ages. While I have many fond memories working in the public schools, I have resumed working with the acutely hospitalized population, with special interest in dysarthria and swallowing.
