You will gain insight on how to make the most of your Convention experience—and hear from ASHA President Glenda Ochsner and Convention Co-Chairs Ken Bleile and Michael Dennis. Let those who know help you make your first ASHA Convention a great experience.

Speaker Ready Rooms

Rooms will be available for all Convention presenters from Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Preview your AV materials, rehearse your remarks, or spend some quiet time organizing your presentation at McCormick Place Lakeside Center, E267 or McCormick Place North Building, Room N131.

Convention Handouts Online!

Did the presenter run out of handouts? Convention handouts will again be available through the Convention Program Online! Once presenters have submitted their handouts, they will be available online for you to view and print out. (Please note that handouts are NOT available until they have been submitted by the presenters.) Be sure to check with presenters to make sure that they have submitted their handouts for posting .

Turn off Cell Phones/Pagers

As a courtesy to your fellow meeting attendees, please remember to turn off (or put on silent/vibrate mode) cell phones and pagers while you are attending Convention educational sessions.

Information for Persons With Disabilities

Assistive listening devices are available. Visit the Connections Unlimited counter in the information area outside of Hall E, 2nd level lobby, at McCormick Place for more information.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found for the ASHA Convention will be located at the main ASHA information booth—just outside Hall E, 2nd level lobby at McCormick Place.
