ASHA Approved Continuing Education Providers are organizations that have been approved by the Continuing Education Board (CEB) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to offer CE activities for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and speech/language/hearing scientists.

  • ASHA Approved CE Providers have up to fifteen (15) days before a CE course's start date (30 days for a cooperative offering) to register the course with the ASHA Continuing Education Registry.
  • Courses are reviewed to make certain they are in adherence of the CEB requirements.

  • An ASHA Approved CE Provider is approved for a five (5) year cycle. At the end of the cycle, the Provider is reviewed to ensure quality CE programs.

Withdrawn Providers are unable to offer ASHA CEUs for their courses or offerings.

ASHA currently has over 500 Approved CE Providers in the United States, Canada, and Europe. They represent state speech-language-hearing associations, universities, hospitals, clinics, health care corporations, publishers, manufacturers, continuing education companies, allied health organizations, and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Each year they offer more than 14,000 courses for professionals to continue their professional development.
