Analysis of 2012 Medicare Fee Schedule
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the 2012 Outpatient Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) for Part B services on November 1, 2011.

Note: On Friday, December 23, 2011, the president signed the Temporary Payroll Tax Cut Continuation Act of 2011. The law extends the therapy cap exceptions process and current Medicare fee schedule through February 29, 2012. The fee schedules below have been updated to reflect the temporary national rates.
