ASHA Releases Analysis of IDEA Part C Final Regulations

ASHA has prepared an analysis, developed by an ASHA Member Advisory Group along with ASHA staff, which focuses on select issues of the 2011 IDEA Part C final regulations that impact speech-language pathologists and audiologists in their practice. The document provides a summary of the major provisions, including personnel standards, use of native language, service coordination, and evaluation and assessment, as well as an ASHA Commentary section.
