Transportation

The nearest airport is Memphis International (MEM), approximately 13 miles from the hotel.

The airport shuttle is $15 per person, one way; reservations are recommended.

On-site self-parking at the hotel is $18/day ($20 valet).

Off-site parking is available for $5/day.

Air Travel

Cancellations and Refunds

Change of plans? Your written notice of cancellation will be accepted for a refund of registration fees, less a $50 cancellation fee, if received on or before April 28, 2012.
