How to Register for Convention

Register Online

To make your online Convention registration experience as easy as possible, you may wish to first check your membership status and category to verify that your dues are current. We also recommend reviewing the registration fees and policies before beginning the registration process.

Do I need an ASHA account number to register?

You will need to login via the ASHA website to register. If you have never created an asha.org login, you can do so using your ASHA account number and last name.

Not sure if you have an ASHA account? Most people do—even non-members! If you have ever been a member of ASHA or NSSLHA (and your membership is currently inactive), or if you have ever purchased a product from ASHA or registered for an ASHA event in the past, you will have an account number. Please contact the Action Center—they will be able to provide it to you.

If this is your first time visiting the ASHA website and you don’t meet any of the conditions specified above, it is quick and easy to create a new asha.org account that will automatically generate your new account number. This number will be printed on your Convention badge and you should keep it for your records.

Note: If you fax your registration form please do not also mail it, or vice versa. Doing so may result in duplicate charges to your credit card.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, we must have your request in writing. You must send your written notice of cancellation, via e-mail, to asharegistration@jspargo.com or via postal mail to:

Cancellation requests received before November 1 will be refunded, less at $50 processing fee, prior to the Convention. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: if paid by credit card the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 72 hours of the request. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days to process. Lunch and special event tickets are nonrefundable after November 1. Any cancellation request received after November 1 will be refunded AFTER the Convention, less at $75 fee.

The cancellation fee is a processing fee and cannot be waived.
