General Information About ASHA's Convention
The ASHA Convention is the premier annual event for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and speech, language, and hearing scientists. Join more than 12,000 of your peers for this once-a-year opportunity at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida from November 20–22, 2014, as we celebrate our 2014 theme, "Science. Learning. Practice. Generations of Discovery."
Welcome Message from the Convention Co-Chairs

Family Ties in the Professions
Are you an SLP or audiologist who has a family member that is also an SLP or audiologist? In keeping with our 2014 Convention theme, "Science. Learning. Practice. Generations of Discovery," ASHA is collecting stories about family members who are communication sciences and disorders professionals: for example, your older cousin is an SLP and inspired you to become an SLP as well, or you became an audiologist because one of your parents has had an amazing audiology career. Share your story! The stories may be featured on signs or session room screens at the ASHA Convention in Orlando.
