American Speech-Language-Hearing Association

Convention Exhibits

The Exhibit Hall at the ASHA Convention is the largest showcase of companies dedicated to the professions of speech-language pathology, audiology, and speech and hearing science. This integral and dynamic element is the central hub of our annual event, connecting attendees with exhibitors offering the latest services and tools featuring cutting edge technology.

More than 300 unique businesses exhibit each year, making the ASHA Convention an exceptional one-stop opportunity for attendees to find practice solutions, and for exhibitors to reach ASHA members and related professionals.

Community Service in the Caring Square

Introducing the Caring Square community service activity hub in the Exhibit Hall!

From Thursday through Saturday during the ASHA Convention, the Caring Square, centrally located in the Exhibit Hall, will offer a fun, interactive, and unique way for attendees to work together on a common goal of giving back to the Orlando community. Each day will focus on a different project to help a population segment in the local area, whether it is building dollhouses for a local youth organization, painting meal trays to be used at senior centers or nursing homes, or assembling care packages for local veterans and military families.

The Caring Square will be open all day and activities are designed so participants can jump in at any time, either between sessions, during lunch, or whenever they have some free time. Work stations will be set up in the Caring Square with various tasks so attendees can stop by to participate for as long as their schedule allows, whether for 10 minutes or a couple hours. An enthusiastic professional facilitator will be on hand throughout to provide encouragement, guidance, and instruction to participants. Plan to spend some time in the Caring Square!

Lounges

Various themed lounges will be located in the Exhibit Hall and the Poster Hall. Plan to stop by the lounges to chat with ASHA staff and volunteer leaders or use them to rest and relax between visiting with exhibitors or viewing posters.
