Convention Hotel Reservations
ASHA's housing service is now closed and all reservations data has been transferred to the hotels. At this time, attendees must contact the ASHA hotels directly to reserve rooms, cancel, or make changes to existing reservations. Please note that the discounted ASHA rates are offered at the discretion of the hotels and may not be available.

Room types and rollaway bed requests are not guaranteed by the hotels. Taxes and fees are subject to change. Some hotels may charge an early departure fee.

Many of the hotels in downtown Denver are walkable from the Colorado Convention Center. Limited complimentary shuttle service will be provided from November 12–14 for attendees staying at ASHA hotels not within close proximity of the convention center. ADA-accessible shuttle service will be available for all ASHA hotels for those with mobility issues.

ADA Hotel Rooms
All official ASHA Convention hotels comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need an accessible hotel room, please complete the reservations process online and select "Handicap Accessible" at the step where you may indicate room preferences. A representative from ASHA's housing company will contact you to discuss your room arrangements. Members are also welcome to contact Customer Service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 877-585-6005 or 703-449-6418 if they wish to discuss their needs with someone directly.
You will receive an acknowledgement of your reservation via e-mail. Please print or save the acknowledgement for your records. This is the only acknowledgement you will receive. If you have questions regarding your reservation or you do not receive an e-mail acknowledgement, please contact the ASHA Registration and Housing Center at email@example.com or 877-585-6005 or 703-449-6418.
Cancellations or Changes to Reservations
All changes and cancellations must be submitted online or in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, Tuesday, October 20, 2015. After this date, you must contact your hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation(s), you must do so at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not cancel your reservation(s) seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled check-in date, your first night's deposit will not be refunded.
Note that cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your ASHA Convention registration. If you need to cancel your registration, please provide a written notification by e-mail to email@example.com.
If you are reserving a room online and find that a hotel appears to be sold out, it may be that rooms are not available for the entire range of dates you have selected. This sometimes happens when attendees try to arrive early in the week or stay later after the Convention has concluded. You may wish to try adjusting your dates to see if the other dates you need are available at your desired hotel. If they are, you can make a reservation for the available dates and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your reservation number and the additional dates requested. Or if you would like to speak with someone directly, you may call Customer Service at 877-585-6005 or 703-449-6418.
Wait Listing a Hotel
Attendees also have the option of adding their name to a wait list if a first choice hotel is no longer available for their selected dates. In order to be added to a hotel's wait list, you must make a valid reservation at an available hotel for your desired dates. You will be notified if a room becomes available at your first choice hotel.

Unauthorized Housing Providers
Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. J. Spargo & Associates is the only official housing company for ASHA. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
