ASHA's housing reservation service is currently closed. Hotel information for the 2013 ASHA Convention in Chicago will be added as it becomes available.

View our Google map of the 2013 ASHA hotels. The hotels are concentrated in the South Loop and Streeterville areas of Chicago, a short shuttle ride away from McCormick Place.

Why Book a Room Through ASHA?

In addition to the many benefits to booking a hotel room within the ASHA block for both members and the association, staying at an ASHA hotel allows you to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service.

Shuttles

Shuttle service will be offered from November 13–16 for attendees staying at ASHA hotels. Only attendees staying at hotels in the official ASHA block will be permitted to board the shuttle buses; this will be monitored. ADA-accessible shuttle service will be available for all ASHA hotels for those with mobility issues.

Unauthorized Housing Providers

Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. J. Spargo & Associates is the only official housing company for ASHA. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at convention@asha.org.
