Many of the hotels in Philadelphia are walkable from the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Limited complimentary shuttle service will be provided from November 17–19 for attendees staying at ASHA hotels not within close proximity of the convention center. ADA-accessible shuttle service will be available for all ASHA hotels for those with mobility issues. The shuttle routes and schedule will be posted in October.

Why Book a Room Through ASHA?

In addition to the many benefits to booking a hotel room within the ASHA block for both members and the association, staying at an ASHA hotel allows you to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service.

Unauthorized Housing Providers

Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. J. Spargo & Associates is the only official housing company for ASHA. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
