ASHA's housing reservation service for the 2013 Convention in Chicago will open on August 1. Hotel information will be added as it becomes available.

ASHA Hotels

Why Book a Room Through ASHA?

In addition to the many benefits to booking a hotel room within the ASHA block for both members and the association, staying at an ASHA hotel allows you to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service.

Shuttles

New! This year you'll need to present a shuttle pass to board the buses, which is a great incentive to book your room at an ASHA hotel. When you reserve your room through ASHA you'll receive a complimentary shuttle pass, or you can purchase one onsite in Chicago if you reserve your room through another service. Shuttles will operate Wednesday, November 13, through Saturday, November 16, to make travel to and from McCormick Place convenient and easy for ASHA Convention attendees who are staying within the ASHA block of hotels.

ADA-accessible shuttle service for those with mobility issues will be available for all ASHA hotels.

Unauthorized Housing Providers

Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. J. Spargo & Associates is the only official housing company for ASHA. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at convention@asha.org.
