Exhibit Fee

The exhibitor fee is $600 per 10'x10' booth exhibit. The exhibit fee includes:

  • One 6' draped table with 2 chairs
  • Carpeting
  • 11"x17" identification sign
  • A complimentary listing in the conference program book
  • Two badges: One full conference registration badge, and one exhibit hall-only badge
  • One complimentary list of registrants/names & addresses provided via e-mail after the conference
  • On-site security from Thursday, April 10 through Saturday, April 12

There is a $100 fee per additional badge. This fee covers meals only, not educational sessions.

Application Deadline

Register by March 1, 2014, to ensure that your company is properly promoted in the on-site program guide.

Friday, April 11 Exhibit hours: 12:30 p.m.–6:45 p.m.
8:00 a.m.–noon Installation/Setup of Exhibits
12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m. Grand Opening/Lunch with the Exhibitors
3:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m. Exhibits/Refreshment Break
5:35 p.m.–6:45 p.m. Opening Reception
Saturday, April 12 Exhibit hours: 11:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Lunch with Exhibitors
2:30 p.m.–3:00 p.m. Exhibits/Refreshment Break
1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Dismantling/Breakdown of Exhibits

 

Exhibits will be located in the Grand Ballroom.

Exhibitors are required to staff their table during the Grand Opening, Opening Reception, designated exhibit times, and refreshment breaks, but are not required to staff their exhibit between these functions. (This will be left to the discretion of the exhibitor and based on traffic flow.)

Cancellations/Refunds

Exhibitors must notify ASHA of their intent to cancel by letter, fax, or e-mail. Prior to March 21, the Association will refund the amount paid, less a $50 service charge. After March 21, the exhibitor forfeits the entire amount paid.
