Information for Exhibitors
Exhibit your products and services at ASHA's annual summer
conference for speech-language pathologists in clinical, health
care, management or private practice. Connect with more than 600
speech-language pathologists eager to learn more about the products
and services you offer.
New this year: Health Care & Business Institute and the
Schools conference will co-locate. Two conferences, one shared
exhibit hall. Designated Health Care areas on the show floor will
help attendees easily locate your booth. We'll also have special signage
directing prospects to your area. Attendees' badges will be color-coded so you will know at a glance who is in your booth.
Do you have products of services that cross over to both
conferences? No worries, we have designated space for you as well.

Dates & Location
July 10–12, 2015
Phoenix Convention Center
The exhibit fee is $750 per 10' x 10' booth. The exhibit fee
- One 6' draped table with two chairs
- 11"x 17" identification sign
- A complimentary listing in the on-site program guide
- Three badges: One full conference registration badge and two
exhibit hall-only badges
- One complimentary post-conference attendee list provided via
e-mail after the conference (names, affiliations if provided, and
mailing addresses of those who opted to share their contact
information; no e-mail addresses)
- On-site security from Friday, July 10, through Saturday, July
There is a $100 fee per additional badge. The fee covers meals
only, not education sessions. There is also a $199 fee per
additional full conference registration badge.

Exhibits will be located in Halls B & C of the Phoenix
Exhibitors are required to staff their table during the Opening
Reception, lunches, designated exhibit times, and refreshment
breaks, but are not required to staff their exhibit between these
functions. (This will be left to the discretion of the exhibitor
and based on traffic flow.)
Submit your online application by May 8 to ensure that your
company is properly promoted in the on-site program guide.
Reserve a booth.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, fax, or
postal mail by close of business on May 8, 2015, to receive a
refund, less $250, of your booth fee. If you cancel after May 8,
2015, you will forfeit your entire booth fee.

Please note that J. Spargo & Associates (11208 Waples Mill Road, Suite 112, Fairfax, Virginia 22030) is the only official housing company for ASHA. Read about what to do if you are contacted by an unauthorized housing provider.
