Looking for a Roommate?

The Roommate Locator website is available to facilitate connections between ASHA Convention attendees who are looking for a hotel room to share and/or a roommate. You may sign up to be listed as a potential roommate, or you may browse the list of individuals seeking roommates. If you sign up to be listed, please be sure to remove your name once you have found a roommate.

A number of the hotels in Boston are walkable from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from November 14–17 for attendees staying at ASHA hotels not within close proximity of the convention center. ADA-accessible shuttle service will be available for all ASHA hotels and any official ASHA event (i.e., ASHFoundation Fundraiser, ASHA PAC Reception, Closing Party) for those with mobility issues. The shuttle routes and schedule will be posted in October.

ADA Hotel Rooms

All official ASHA Convention hotels comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need an accessible hotel room, please complete the reservations process online and select "Handicap Accessible" at the step where you may indicate room preferences. A representative from ASHA's housing company will contact you to discuss your room arrangements. Members are also welcome to contact Customer Service by e-mail at or by phone at 877-585-6005 or 703-449-6418 if they wish to discuss their needs with someone directly.

Why Book a Room Through ASHA?

In addition to the many benefits to booking a hotel room within the ASHA block for both members and the association, staying at an ASHA hotel allows you to take advantage of our convenient shuttle service.

Unauthorized Housing Providers

Sometimes, ASHA is alerted that an unauthorized housing company is contacting our exhibitors or attendees to inform them that they can offer less expensive room rates at hotels in our block. Spargo, Inc. is the only official housing company for ASHA. If you receive a call or e-mail from any company that is not our official housing provider, please contact us immediately at
