Perspectives, SIG 11, Vol. 2, Part 1, 2017

This issue of Perspectives revealed the results of SIG 11 May 2016 survey and discussed the initiation of the application process and outlined the steps for Specialty Certification in Supervision. A qualitative study that explored the factors that constitute positive and negative supervisor-supervisee relationships was also discussed along with the differences in perceptions of supervision practices between novice and expert supervisors in the medical setting. The experiences and perceptions of both the mentoring SLP and the clinical fellow were explored.
