Roster Corrections

Course rosters for group (live) courses are generated and are available to the CEA in the CE Provider Portal typically 1–2 weeks after ASHA receives the reporting submission. Self-study course rosters are not released until the 45-day reporting period has passed for that offering (45 days after the end date of the offering), regardless of when the reporting was submitted.

It is important that Providers review these rosters against their reports to check for errors.

Roster corrections are due 45 days after receipt of the course roster. The CE Provider Portal should be used to submit any corrections related to errors made by CE staff when processing the reporting. Please view the Rosters section of the CE Provider Portal User Guide for detailed instructions. Corrections might include adding the correct participant(s), deleting an incorrect participant(s), or changing the ASHA CEU amount listed for a participant(s).

The Provider cannot use the process of correcting the roster to report participants for ASHA CEUs in any of the following situations:

  • The Provider forgot to list a participant(s) in the initial reporting.
  • A participant decided after the course offering that they wanted ASHA CEUs; ASHA CEUs cannot be awarded retroactively.
  • The 45-day post-course offering deadline has passed.
  • The provider sent the incorrect ASHA CEU amount for an individual in the initial reporting.

If the initial reporting was incomplete or if you are filing a roster correction past the 45-day deadline, please contact your Accounts Manager to discuss how to improve your reporting processes.
