Service Delivery

"The use of telepractice as a service delivery model [for individuals with autism spectrum disorder] has promise. However, there is still great variability in the training components employed with subsequent varying effects on intervention fidelity. In addition, there was limited focus on implementation fidelity in the existing literature base. Therefore, telepractice as a delivery model requires additional investigation before qualifying as an evidence-based delivery model" (p. 872).
