Liaisons with the Board of Directors

Charge

Appoint members to all committees, boards, and councils, (except Board of Directors, Council on Academic Accreditation, Council For Clinical Certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology, Political Action Committee, and Special Interest Groups), complete periodic reviews of all committees and boards and make recommendations on such committees when issues of policy are concerned.

Positions are not open to the general membership as the Board of Directors are the only members of this committee.

Annual appointments to be reviewed and discussed during 2nd quarter BOD meeting with a motion to be voted on shortly thereafter; plus individual motions to be reviewed, discussed, and voted on throughout the year as needed via online collaboration site.
