ASHA’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) invite you to attend any of our 19 virtual open houses/networking meetings, which will take place October 19–29. If you’ve always wanted to know more about the SIG program or if you are currently affiliated with a SIG, we hope to “see” you at one or more of these open houses/networking meetings. Everyone is welcome!
See the schedule and log in or registration information.*
ASHA’s SIGs provide opportunities for affiliates to exchange professional and scientific information through
the publication of Perspectives of the ASHA Special Interest Groups, the SIGs’ exclusive scholarly review journal that bridges research to practice; and
professional development activities.
The SIGs are led by a team of passionate, dedicated volunteer leaders and staff who work throughout the year to address professional issues affecting affiliates and members. At the open houses, they are eager to share their accomplishments and plans—and they want to hear about your ideas, successes, and challenges so that they can continue to create high-quality programming that you want and need.
*Note: Many of the open houses require registration to participate. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique login for the event.
