This live online chat will discuss service delivery in the culture change movement. The culture change movement in long-term care supports person-centered care—emphasizing resident choice and purposeful living. This program will address identifying and documenting robust and ethically sound interventions, balancing safety and quality of life, in the nursing home environment.
