Registration and housing for the 2023 ASHA Convention in Boston, Massachusetts is now open.

ASHA's new official registration and housing provider is Maritz Global Events. Please be wary of unsolicited calls and emails regarding hotel reservations or registration for the ASHA Convention. For your protection, do not make hotel reservations through any other company or website claiming to offer rooms for the ASHA Convention.

2023 Registration Options and What’s Included

Full In-Person Registration*

  • Earn continuing education credit at any 1-hour oral seminar, technical research session, technical clinical session, or poster presentation taking place at the in-person ASHA Convention.
  • Visit the Exhibit Hall and attend the Welcome Reception
  • Attendance at the Opening General Session and Awards Ceremony and other (non-ticketed) social events
  • Earn continuing education credit for any on-demand/virtual technical session, technical demo, or poster presentation that you watch between November 9–29.

One-Day In-Person Registration*

  • Attendance at any in-person 1-hour oral seminar, technical research session, technical clinical session, or poster presentation taking place on your selected day to earn continuing education credit
  • Admittance to the Exhibit Hall on your selected day
  • Attendance at the Opening General Session or Awards Ceremony, if taking place on your selected day

You must select the day you will attend (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday) when you register. One-day registration does NOT include the opportunity to earn continuing education for on-demand/virtual-only sessions.

Virtual-Only Registration

(Registration closes on November 27.)

  • Earn continuing education credit for any on-demand/virtual technical session, technical demo, or poster presentation that you watch between November 9–29 for a low-cost registration fee. A limited selection of pre-determined in-person sessions taking place at the ASHA Convention in Boston will also be broadcasted live (slides and audio only) to the virtual platform.

*In-person registrants may opt to add tickets (extra fees apply) for pre-convention workshops, master classes, ASHA Eats cards, or special receptions.

Requests for reasonable accommodations at our live events should be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event, so we may best meet individual needs and requirements. Requests made onsite will be accommodated to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited. About the Convention

The ASHA Convention is one of the largest professional development events for audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; and speech-language pathology and audiology assistants. Bringing together approximately 15,000 attendees, the annual Convention offers more than 2,500 sessions eligible for ASHA continuing education credit covering the latest research, clinical skills, and techniques in communication sciences and disorders.
