The Exhibit Hall at the ASHA Convention is the largest showcase of companies dedicated to the professions of speech-language pathology, audiology, and speech and hearing science. This integral and dynamic element is the central hub of our annual event, connecting attendees with exhibitors offering the latest services and tools featuring cutting edge technology.

More than 300 unique businesses exhibit each year, making the ASHA Convention an exceptional one-stop opportunity for attendees to find practice solutions, and for exhibitors to reach ASHA members and related professionals.

Floor Plan

Explore the Exhibit Hall before you even arrive with the Virtual Expo for Attendees. The Virtual Expo is an online tool that allows you to preview the companies who will be exhibiting at the ASHA Convention.

ASHA Member Services Center

The ASHA Member Services Center (AMSC), located near Registration, is available to help with all of the information and services that ASHA provides. Let the AMSC be your one-stop solution in Los Angeles for your ASHA membership needs. The AMSC is also the location to pick up special Convention ribbons for your badge.

Community Service in the Caring Square

From Thursday through Saturday during the ASHA Convention, the Caring Square will offer a fun and unique way for attendees to give back to the Los Angeles community. The Caring Square in the Exhibit Hall will be open all day, and activities are designed so participants can jump in whenever they have some free time. Professional facilitators will be on hand to provide guidance and instruction to participants, as well as to make sure that everyone has fun!


Various themed lounges will be located in the Exhibit Hall and the Poster Hall. Plan to stop by the lounges to chat with ASHA staff and volunteer leaders or use them to rest and relax between visiting with exhibitors or viewing posters.

Refreshment Breaks

Coffee and tea will be offered in the Exhibit Hall during the morning break at the following times:

Friday, November 10 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, November 11 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Lunch in the Exhibit Hall

A lunch break will be held daily in the Exhibit Hall to allow dedicated, unopposed time for attendees to network with exhibitors; optional tickets for boxed lunches may be purchased for $14.00 each when registering online. A limited number of tickets are available at Registration for purchase onsite. View the daily menus.

Welcome Reception

Thursday, November 9
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Join us in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening to catch up with friends and colleagues, and mingle with exhibitors. This upbeat reception provides dedicated time to check out the exhibiting companies, socialize and network, all while recharging your battery with light snacks and a cash bar before you head to the Twilight Sessions. The welcome reception is open to all fully registered attendees; guest tickets are available so friends and family can join the fun.

Career Fair and Your ASHA Circle of Support

The Career Fair is the place where job seekers and employers connect. Employers, ranging from hospitals, schools, universities, and private practice, are available to meet one-on-one with job seekers about opportunities to advance in the CSD professions. Job seekers can be students, newly certified members, or seasoned professionals. Whether you're just starting your career, want to change your work setting, or are seeking to advance their career, the Career Fair has resources for you.

Take a break from your busy Convention schedule for some relaxation and a quick mental break at Your ASHA Circle of Support lounge. Light refreshments will be served as mini-workshops are led by a career coach. These workshops will provide you with tips on how to balance your personal life and your career. It's the perfect opportunity to bring balance and mindfulness into your daily living and help you be more intentional about your career.

In addition to over 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services in the Exhibit Hall, you can take advantage of  special savings, activities, and events at the Convention in Los Angeles! Review the Information for Exhibitors to learn about how your company or organization can become an exhibitor at the ASHA Convention, review deadlines and rates, find both the exhibitor booth and member table application, and more. Exhibitors can also review floor plans in the Virtual Expo (for exhibitors) to see available booth space and update their online profile.

Exhibitor registration and housing is open.
